GVAdvisors Announces €3 Million Asset-Backed Note Financing for Three Airbus H125 Helicopters

The notes have been issued by Nova Capital Helicopters Three DAC, an Irish special-purpose company whose principal activity is the leasing of aircraft. The proceeds of the secured notes were used to finance three Airbus H125 helicopters, which are leased to European operators.

The transaction is secured by the underlying helicopters and related rights associated with the leasing structure, providing investors with tangible asset backing.

The three helicopters are deployed in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) operations, a mission-critical segment of the aviation market where aircraft support emergency transport and medical-response activities.

The structure combines identifiable aviation assets with contractual lease revenues generated by the underlying aircraft.
